Teri Robinson
Teri has spent her career transforming business service organizations worldwide. As a former CIO, she has led IT and finance service organizations. As a Managing Director at KPMG and EquaTerra, she focused on large scale service delivery transformation in information technology, finance and accounting, human resources, contact centers and procurement. She has extensive experience working with executive management on strategic technology and business issues.

Tom Schramm
Tom has been providing professional services to clients for 35 years. He has assisted numerous clients in the development and implementation of service delivery model strategies for multiple support functions such as finance, procurement, human resources, customer support and information technology. He is a former Partner at EY, Andersen and EquaTerra.

Jeff Collins
Jeff was a Partner at Exult/Gunn Partners, EquaTerra, and most recently, the COO of KPMG’s global Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory Center of Excellence. With over 30 years of experience, Jeff has advised clients on a wide range of business services transformations, from strategy development to post-implementation operational improvement. His expertise spans various business services functions and industries. Jeff also spent five years as the Chief Investment Officer of KPMG Capital, a captive venture fund focused on emerging data and analytics technologies.
